had picked a stock to breed from,wall to wall brood gentle good honey storage so far,then found queenie smaller than average does this rate in breeding assesment,also had 6 half drawn queen cells would she be slimming pre swarm

When you breed bees, you are looking for heritable traits so that your next generation can be as good, if not better, than the current generation. Queen size is not really a heritable trait (it has more to do with the nourishment she receives now and earlier in her life).
With regard to the queen cells, you have to remember that these daughters are not clones of their mother so may be very different than she is.
 
thanks b+was just dissappointed with size,will still raise from her then but make sure grafts are well fed,always associated size with egg laying capacity
