Cordyline Honey

The cordyline's are heavy in flower in my area this year and the bees are giving em a right pasting, still on them at 9pm tonight.
Anybody got any idea what the honey might be like ?.

I think we're going to find out - it's the same here, never known them flower so well.

The one in my garden has flowered for the first time, I think it must be about six years, since I have been beekeeping anyway.
My jaw nearly hit the floor the first time I noticed how many bees were on it.

Had our Cordylines for years ... never seen them flower and they don't appear to be going to this year either !!
