So does anyone extract per hive and keep separate.

One step further does anyone extract per super, the first being being a different flavor to those later in the year depending what was in blossom?

or do you prefer to mix it all up?

same as Redwood

Keep OSR separate, all other honey goes into tubs apart from any Bell Heather which I would keep to one side.

never assume anything as a beekeeper, sorry, it's the one on the left, which I think tastes better, I gave some to a few judges for an off the record opinion and they reckoned 8 out of 10

Only 8, ratcatcher? Mine is always a 10 minimum.
