Yes quite correct , a max of 18.5% .
Getting older and brain fade.

Do you find the calibration drifts?
I presume calibration with olive oil?

I find enough to make 0.5% difference at times.
I use B.P Liquid parrafin for my calibration as Olive oil can vary a little.

A farm shop I supply has the honey shelf next to a freezer and my softset did the same last August when it was 35°+C and the freezer was working overtime to maintain temperature.
