Went to Holland & Barrett to get some Lecithin Granules for Hivemakers recipe and the assistant was rattling on about the virtues of the product so I explained what I wanted it for so she said you have local honey we are always being asked for local honey would you like to come back and speak to the manager and maybe you could supply us.
Anyone had any experience of dealing with them?

dp, I did talk with a new H B shop when it opened but didn't go through because I didn't want the commitment but do know some other beeks who deal with them--- my local corner shop sells mine at £7 /lb and pays me £5

Its about the same as I get then for mine atm.

will put it up next year though.
