It varies.
I've been browsing extraction equipment and have seen a roller for removing cappings. I've always used an uncapping fork but wonder if the roller is as efficient and quicker. Any thoughts?

In my experience absolutely dreadful. If you want a couple of free ones I can probably find them in the deep recesses of my bee shed.

Very quick and easy to use. Not as messy as using a decapping knife. Minimal damage to frames so they can go back into the hive and be reused easily. The honey does emerge from the extractor with lots of bits of wax in it. This is easily removed with a coarse strainer above the regular double strainer. I have three and swap them as they clog (usually after 12 frames or so).
Try one.
