Does it matter if you put leave 2 frames rather than 1 in bottom box?

It should have a full complement. She wil be filling more fairy quicky.

Meant old frames with queen. Yes new frames make it a full compliment.

No. You could argue that having a full seam of brood reduces the illusion of having swarmed but that's not really the key to this method.
