I have received a call from a ex beek mate, there is a cut out in Benfleet Essex, if anybody is interested. they are in a single story building ( house extension) inside a flat roof. they only moved in this year and the owner needs it gone soon as he has build work on that part of the house. he has no problem with the sofit board being removed and he is expecting some damage to it.
I normally would do it however the wife in is hospital at the mo so family comes first.. please let me know if you want to try to get them out and I will pass the details on.
