AS Help - QC's gone!

I did an AS (first one as a beginner) last Sunday and on Tues checked and there were 2 sealed QC's in old BB on bottom of 2 frames, every other QC had been destroyed. Checked today and 2 sealed QC's had been removed, and there was 1 small sealed QC on face of 1 comb + some Q cups. There was also larva present? New hive checked and Q spotted and laying well with plenty of egg's.

I wanted to get 2 hives going but now thinking of reuniting 2 BB's?

Any help/advice appreciated.

It sounds as if there is a queen in there, and she's gone round killing all the developing cells.
