Split packet of Apifonda - what to do with it?

I have a 2.5kg pack of Apifonda that has split.

Can I feed this to a colony that I don't plan to harvest any honey from this year - would this cause any problems - or can I store it in the freezer until I need it?

Stick it in the freezer til you really need it next year. Don't forget to label it or someone else might defrost it thinking it's soup. Don't ask!
