One of my poly hives (14x12) has eight frames of brood and is filled to the rafters with bee's. A prolific colony with a queen that raised a full double 14x12 colony last year. I have a round section rack and wish to try it out this season. Should i wait for a honey flow to add the rack and just put a super on that has drawn foundation for now?

You might find this interesting. RRs seem to be very successful in the US

How about these.

Just add two rounds of toast.
