Not much point having a queen program considering the weather is not much above 12C and no end in sight!

not sure, because graft now 16/17 days later queens emerge some time after that to mate so could be 3rd week in may, to be ready for mating im getting on with it as the weather MUST improve sometime!!!!

Do you graft eggs as soon as they are layed.

I agree with the getting on with it now.
 
no on the 4th day after the eggs have layed down with bee milk
