Honey instead of Sugar

Using the Lakeland product in the link below or Hartley's Ma Made (approx. £2 from Sainbury's) - does anyone know what proportion of the sugar can be replaced by honey?

Not quite sure wat the question is, do you mean can you use honey to make marmalade or....what! I think I might be missing something!

Sorry - these tinned oranges (etc) are used to make marmalade, just add sugar and water and boil. My Q is what's the amount of sugar that can be replaced by honey...?

Hmm - why ever not?! It sells well at events as half the price of honey but contains honey. Making some today so will be trying it myself later!
