Foundation in sections

What size do I need to cut the foundation for sections in a national? I am trying sections for the first time and I am not sure exactly what size I need to cut down my super foundation sheets. There are 3 normal basswood square sections in a hanging frame. So, I will fit two just in the centre of a super.

Any tips appreciated.

i presume you need to cut it to the size of the section boxes (allowing for fitting into the grooves)?

Guessed that, but if someone knows the exact dimensions then things would be easy. Tried one and it warped as I put it in.
