Any idea what the food requirement per thousand bees per days is and can it be expressed as both honey (17%) water, sugar and fondant. This one is for the experienced beekeepers only please. no guesses please. Approximations will do.

dont think that can be answered accurately as it can depend on weather, type of bee, number of bees/larvae and so on.

Ask Sugarbush. He will know how much is needed for a package a day. That won't take into accoont flying/brooding/foraging etc - as they won't be. Weather would affect a cluster marginally.

Otherwise count your bees and check hive weight loss in winter.

It shoud not be difficult for the OP to convert from different forms (it's only different water content, after all. Ooops. On second thoughts, OP seems to be mathematically challenged? (I read 'both' of 'three'?) :)
