I have done an AS with Snelgrove board. I need bees back in at 5 and 10 days. I have let a queen develop in top box. Can I remove her and begin to bleed bees back into the bottom box after a couple of days.

Yes if she is removed.
If she is mated and laying why not use her as a brood factory and continue bleeding bees off??

Ok. So I can leave her in the top box and bleed bees to the bottom box without them fighting. What sort of gate cycle do people recommend?

Whatever suits you. Don't get hung up on Snelgrove's timings.
Close a top and open one underneath whenever you want, but pay heed to what is in their top box...if they get low on stores or[pollen then maybe leave them have some foragers for a while.
