I was wondering whether anyone had tried this? I am interested to know what would happen.
I can imagine it going either, the virgin kills the original queen, or it works like a supercedure where they both kind of live together for a time.
Would keeping them separated with a QE keep them apart until they calm down?

You can use QE to run two queen colony but if they together I think you'll lose one. Wasn't there a post about running Virgin into hive to requeen not long ago?
