Cheapest place for an empty nuc?

Has anyone tried making a nuc box from Corex ?

I have and was shocked at how much room it takes up when laid out on the floor.

Also the folds are a nightmare to do right.

I gave up and threw the lot in the dustbin after 3 evenings of playing.

Even with all those large free correx sheets I hadn't really considered making nuc boxes, seemed alot of effort for little gain especially when I have access to plenty of plywood offcuts.

I offered to climb a ladder and take down canvassing placards for the Correx 750mm x 500mm. I now have lots of sheets, more than I had thought about bargaining for, but as I wasn't specific about the quantity required I just got on with my end of the bargain.

The man on the placard won, but the local guy that I made the offer to didn't. If only he could have got his new clients to vote, he might have won by a landslide.

Is Correx any good for making frame feeders, with the right adhesive of course?
