Following the sad passing of Terry West earlier this year, there is to be an auction of his beekeeping equipment and books arranged on behalf of his widow by the Cornwal BKA. Terry was a well-known and respected beekeeper, bee farmer, and queen raiser, who will be missed at the meetings he so regularly attended.
The text of the advert I have seen is as follows:
Large quantity of equipment including:
Auction to be held on Saturday 6th July at Coads Green Village Hall, near Launceston, Cornwall. Viewing starts at 9:30am, auction starts at 11:00am prompt.
I do not know if there are bees for sale (the advert does not mention these), nor any further specifics than those above. If you have any queries, please contact Sue Malcolm via the CBKA website.
