picked up a swarm today, and as my garden already has two hives and two nucs in it, I thought I'd put these one's over our woods, I've got a few commercial hives, but am going to use one as a "rose hive" by using all supers and no queen excluder, the frames only have 25mm wax starter strips in them,
it's a bit of a long video, but I think worth the watch, at around 25.20 there's a rather large bee, but not the normal pointy back end I'd expect from the queen, so is it a drone?
also need an ID on the yellow flower at end of film
