I must say, the quality of the hive parts I bought off Mann Lake are excellent far better than the English and Chinese ones I bought last year.
However, their accountancy is odd. Order placed by phone is invoiced from USA. Some items were cheaper than expected and some were more expensive that quoted, but the invoice total was correct to within a pound.
The staff at Mann Lake cannot view invoices which also seems odd. I was asked to forward my invoice form the USA so that they could check.
I was not happy with the service from Interlink Express, told a number of lies. They should have delivered on Wednesday but driver intimated as I was the furthest away from depot and 4 large boxes insufficient room on van on Wednesday.
