I thought I would share a spreadsheet I've put together, It does some stuff not found In any others on the net.
It's in Excel 2010 format.

It wouldn't offer the same flexibility, but I'd like to see what you can come up with.

Lots of lurkers, doesn't mean it's not used. Where is the "table 3" quoted from? 80% sucrose at 20C sounds hard to achieve in practice.

sorry to hear your troubles with your homepage, however that has nothing to do with the spreadsheet or where it is hosted.

That is precisely why I used Sendspace as the file host !

There are sugar refiners about who can, and do produce a sucrose syrup at 80% density. not possible at the kitchen sink tho !
