Hi all, last week I remove my old brood box and floor as my girls have gone through a Baileys comb change and are in their new 14 x 12 brood box, I came home and just dumped the old hive on the floor in my garden and put an empty nuc box on top of it to stop the crown board flying away in the wind. Monday I went on holidays and came back today to two boxes with bees in them what a lovely home coming. I will seal them up when they have gone to bed and move them to their new home tonight

All done, the nuc is now on top of an empty hive and the brood box is sitting in its new place in the apiary, great stuff duck tape for transporting hives.
