    Recommended Plyewood finish

I think metal looks better than felt and would have thought it would last longer. Felt looks tatty after a while. But I'm sure metal is harder to fit from a flat sheet, good luck.

How much to charge for honey?

nice idea, could contain something about how many flights/miles bees have flown to produce the amount in the jar - those sort of figures always amaze people when I tell them. Oh and don't forget to tell them it's bee sick and the bees that made it are now dead - just to cheer them up like...

    Keeping leather gloves supple?

I wear them back to front, with nitrile over for hygiene, not perfect but helps a bit. My hands are the only part that swells (careful!!) so try to protect them a bit, otherwise would just wear nitriles

    The "ALL-PLASTIC" frame....no drawing required.

WHY is always interesting, I love research & researchers, often unsung heroes. pitch too small - honey falls out :smilielol5: pitch too big - bumble bee comb Bigger/smaller comb - bigger/smaller bees would follow since that's what the bees themselves do with drone/worker

    Stores all gone!

Well they'd have to evaporate off some of the water and maybe even use some, so understandable I would have thought

Small tears in paper with hivel tool seems to be what most pep0le do - suppose it gives a start to scent transfer etc I would try that straight away

    Bees on the beeb

Maybe they'd done the old trick of moving hive before filming so foragers go back to a nuc at original site leaving only nurse bees, less stingers as he handled them

nothing will connect to vaseline - that's the point :D

    The "ALL-PLASTIC" frame....no drawing required.

I would put money on the current depth/pitch of cells being perfect, that's what evolution does for you

    Honey storage

Does it make any difference if bottled honey is kept in a dark cupboard or stored on open shelves? Does light affect colour, taste etc?? And, as an aside, why do we bottle honey into jars and not jar it?
