    Just done my first extraction from 2 supers. I now have a bucket with 42lbs of the best honey I've ever tasted, along with a few jars. It looks like it may need a finer strainer, just to get the fine bits of detritus out, but it's certainly good enough for my use. Mrs B is very pleased and...

    This is my second year, I left everything on last year for them to winter on, with the Balsam going right through to the first frosts so theoretically there's still plenty of time.
