Nosema brood frames

If I put the frames in the freezer...does that kill the nosema spores? Or do I have to scrap the wax comb? ATM it is full of thymol syrup which I can spin out.

acetic acid kills them. Some on a tray in a stack of boxes for at least a week.
Freezing may not have any effect on nosema apis spores.
