Hi

I have some cut comb sections and chunk honey in 12oz jars that are both starting to granulate,i was wondering what temp i would have to heat them to in order to liquify the honey but leave the wax intact? Last time i tried i had the temp too high and the wax melted

I don't think people mind about granulated comb honey but it does spoil chunk honey, I agree. I can't help with the temperature but I put chunks in the jars, store in the freezer and add the honey as I need the jars.
