So how much of this mixture are people putting in a bucket of syrup?

Hivemaker's recipe or the snake oil? Hivemaker's sticky gives v/v addition, I am sure.
We know thymol works and we can guess the cost of the thymol in the snake oil costs ffaaar more than the cost of Hivemaker's simple recipe, so I doubt many are adding this particular snake oil to their syrup as simple thymol is like the little birdie - going cheep, cheep cheep!
