May Snore Apiaries order correction

Has anyone else had trouble getting packing errors corrected in orders from May Snore Apiaries, or am I just very unlucky? The amount involved is trivial, but a key bit of kit, so it is a little frustrating and I am wondering whether to avoid them in future.

i have also had very good customer service wtih them , just a phone call and all has always been put right ....i am sure they will put it right .

Always found them very pleasant and helpful, never had a problem, delivery times have always been really quick too.

Sorted with a call to/from Jonathan. Long story, and a case of a bit of left hand / right hand their end but no problem in the end.

not overwhelmed with the response I had to a gentle criticism of something supplied. Enough to make me disappointed and cautious about what I might order in the future.
