I understand from their website Beverley Beekeepers are holding their annual auction on the 27th April at 12 noon in Woodmansey village hall.

Rumour has it that Beauhawk is taking his role as auctioneer so seriously that he has bought a gavel and is building himself a lectern from which to officiate.
However, star of the show will undoubtedly be my honey and stem ginger cookies on the cake stall - not to be missed!

I think I'll bring my own (spam) sandwiches! :p

The weather forecast isn't too bad and therefore, hopefully, the Yalding lifeboat shouldn't be needed this weekend.

Yes I know, shameful self-promotion.
I might be prepared to trade a cookie for a spam sandwich.
