herbicide choice

its that time of year when I have a need to buy another litre of herbicide.

so at the suppliers I had a look see to , see what's on the shelf

he had the usual purchase of round up pro
and several others, never heard of them before but cheaper unbranded stuff

does anyone have any preferences or recommendations, for a glyphosate herbicide??

we just use the cheapest glyphosate 360...using gallop 360 at the moment

round up pro is £30 and the non branded stuff is £16 , so I see the point of that.

We pay about £30 per 5 litres. I,d go for the cheap one it will still kill weeds

can anyone suggest a broad leaf herbicide, one that does lawn weeds and not the grass,

Unfortunately you can no longer get anything with 245T in it but that was definitely the best. Surprisingly my three sons show no signs of any abnormalities!

Any weedkiller with MCPA as the active ingredient, the cheaper the better.

as above mcpa based..something like relay turf
for the last year we have been using grazon ...I know its dearer but the dilution rate is lower ..the main reason is it kills a wider range of weeds ie mares tail, than relay turf
