Warming cabinet issue?

Well, even so, if it is Amazon that you have been dealing with, it is certainly worth a phone call to their customer services.
They do have a reputation almost as good as John Lewis for being 'helpful'.

If you navigate through their 'help' screens, you can eventually get to a page with a "Call Me" button, and the call costs you nothing.
 
Have you turned the refrigerator off?



Oddly enough, if you were trying to control the humidity as well as the temperature (for example, for curing salami or hams) the simplest means of lowering the humidity is to run the refrigeration, causing the heater to come on to maintain the set temperature. That results in water condensing out on the cold 'radiator' (and draining outside) and the down comes the humidity …

But we don't have to worry about that when merely liquifying honey. :)
