Can I use 2 slightly different labels on my jars? 1 has the local village name on it where it is produced and I sell it and then I want a second label stating it is Scottish honey so I can sell further afield . Thanks

My capping are currently in a muslin bag can I keep them in this when rendering, it should save having to strain it afterwards?

Thank for the help, I will have to do the cling film method this time as it’s in a bucket that doesn’t have a valve. Will get a bucket with a valve for next year.
