    not just bees i like to be outdoors .lucky that i live out in the sticks .nowing what to do if something gos wrong and i no longer need to ask . being stopped by locals who want honey and ask how the bees are doing .not how im doing.trying to explain to someone you dont have room in garden for...

    i use a thin bleach on mine .then wash it of with wallpaper steamer .stripper.i give the inside a quick steam aswell..light sanding if needed..i would use pressure washer if i had one..forgot no bees in mine ..

    Under 3 feet/over 3 miles

    i have had swarms turn up as high as a pallet.as for 3.miles .i moved 2 just less than a mile .none went back .but did move everything away from thare last home .except one hive about 10 yards away..and the weather was as it is now cold windy raining..that might be why ..or its better forage...

    dont see this often by me so asked and got enough for about 5 hives and a few nucs..just got to take the plaster board of some of it ..

    be careful what you buy of the bay .some of it stinks nothing like wax .it might seem a good buy . i found paynes to be the best so far.even better in the sales...thats not saying i would not try others..

    you get over it .[eager itchy fiddlers]i fed fondant to a last years swarm that was light .do as you see fit .

    3 into winter so far 3 going into spring .had to feed them .but all good so far ..still alive ..not inspected yet..far to cold hear..hope alls well in the hive come late aprill may ..one was a swarm .fingers crossed .
