have you split the hive after they have swarmed, if so put back together take out all sealed queen cells and leave 2 uncapped cells

bees out today in force looks like all hives have come though winter ok so far,:hurray:

i dont know about price yet im thinking about £130, im waiting to see what comes though the winter, if like last year they will be about 10 nucs getting sold as im going back to just 2 hives. i like to know early as i only make up the nucs i have sold so i dont end up with to many on the go. Andy

my suit is from them and i havent had any problems with it the hive i got from them isnt the same though its not glued when it come a few years back i picked it up and it fell to bits all my other hives are from thornes and even there buget one is in a diffrent level to theres.

i know i get a lot of wasps but thats with all the plum trees a have had 2 traps up got about 6 queens early on but last year i had two swarms killed with them , i opened one hive and the wasps in there were just like the bees they covered the frames from top to bottom

not yet i lost 2 hives last year to them, one of the hives had about 10,000 wasps in it.
